Before a company is offered membership of Fair Trades we check between ten and fifteen of their previous contracts. Should the references not meet our strict criteria their application is refused. If this is satisfactory they are then able to offer our Insurance Backed Guarantee Scheme. Kralle are able to offer this important facility to their customers.

My wife and I would like you and your fitters to know how very pleased we are with our new kitchen.
When we decided to have a new fitted kitchen we contacted several companies for designs and estimates but we were most impressed by your product when you visited.
When we committed to proceed with your company we still had some reservation based on both our own and friend's experiences with other companies. We are however delighted to say that not only did your men arrive on site when you said and completed the job in the specified time, they also did the work in a most efficient manner to a very high standard.
Everyone who has seen the kitchen since it was completed has remarked on the quality of the units and the differences in both cupboard space and working surface provided by the new units.

Just a note to confirm how delighted we are with our new kitchen. It has become exactly what we wanted, stylish and modern, without losing sight of the fact that it is a working family kitchen.
Kralle has also managed to make the best use of a very unstandard size and shape - something most of the firms I contacted had problems with. Your quality is also far superior to any of the well-known names Poggenpohl, Intoto, Magnet etc that we looked at.
